Software is priced for each CQC-registered location, per month, by that location's staff size. Small suits a location with up to 25 staff; Standard suits 26 to 150. Above-Standard locations (more than 150 staff) are priced by agreement. One subscription covers a registered location and every operational site that runs under it, at no extra charge. Mock Inspection is a separate one-off consultant-led engagement, priced for each registered location.

The same platform on every band. The price follows the size of the service it is supporting, not a list of features held back from smaller providers. A larger service has more people to supervise, more training to keep current, more records to govern and more colleagues needing their own named account.
"Everything" means every register, incidents, complaints, safeguarding, safety alerts, regulatory notifications, readiness reviews, improvement actions and assurance; the NHS 5x5 risk register; pattern detection across categories; your own response-time targets and service-standard configuration; the full dashboard; both monthly emails; and the complete audit trail, exportable at any time in a format that meets your right of access obligations.

£3,500per engagement, for each registered location
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Verivius is not currently VAT-registered, so VAT is not charged. If Verivius becomes VAT-registered, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
Above-Standard locations, with more than 150 staff at one CQC-registered location, are priced by agreement. The conversation usually covers your user allowance, your response-time targets, and any tailored support arrangements. Multi-location providers running several CQC-registered locations take one subscription per location at the relevant band, and get a group view across those locations; talk to us if the picture is more complicated than that. Book a 20-minute call and we will give you a written proposal within five working days.
By the number of staff at your CQC-registered location, and nothing else. Up to 25 is Small. 26 to 150 is Standard. More than 150 is Above-Standard and priced by agreement. You tell us the number when you sign up, and it sets the band; there is no plan to choose between, because both bands are the same product.
Count everyone on the payroll at that registered location, clinical and non-clinical. That is the same measure your terms use, so the band you are quoted is the band you are charged.
If your service grows or shrinks across a band boundary, update your staff count in workspace settings and the band follows it, in either direction, straight away. The difference is pro-rated on your next invoice.

Small and Standard are monthly software plans for the same software. Both include the day-to-day registers, the assurance calendar, pattern detection, the NHS 5x5 risk register, your own target deadlines, both monthly emails, the audit trail and data exports. The band sets the price and the included account allowance; it does not set what the software does.
Mock Inspection is a separate £3,500 engagement. The fee pays for consultant time, the assessment, written report, action plan and three-month follow-up. It is not included in either software plan.
A location is a CQC-registered care location, the unit CQC inspects and rates. You take one subscription for each registered location, priced by that location's staff size. Operational sites that run under a single registration, hubs, satellites and dispersed bases, are included at no extra charge. They never add to the bill. If you run more than one CQC-registered location, each takes its own subscription. The staff band and the per-seat allowance capture scale within a location, so a dispersed team working from several bases under one registration pays for one location, not several.
A user is a person with their own named account, password, and audit trail in Verivius. We recommend an account for everyone who acts on records: clinicians, the Registered Manager, the quality lead, and the office staff who route complaints. Shared accounts undermine the audit trail. Small includes 10 user accounts and Standard includes 40. Additional accounts are £6 per user per month. Give people their own account rather than sharing one: a shared login makes the audit trail useless, which is most of what you are here for.
Because the band is wide and the people who need an account are not always the whole payroll. Standard runs from 26 to 150 staff and includes 40 accounts, so a location at the bottom of the band is comfortably inside the allowance while one at the top is not. A location with 60 staff who all need an account is 20 additional accounts, or £120 a month on top of the £299 band price. The allowance is not a cap: you are never prevented from giving somebody their own login, and you should not share one to stay under a number, because a shared login is what makes an audit trail worthless.
Yes. Paying annually is roughly two months free compared with monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal point.
Free for 14 days from when we verify your account. No card needed to start. If you subscribe, billing begins when the free period ends. You can start using Verivius straight away, and the free period begins when we verify your account rather than when you sign up, so waiting on us costs you none of it. If you never subscribe you are not charged anything.
Update your staff count in workspace settings and your band follows it, up or down, straight away. The difference is pro-rated on your next invoice, and every change is recorded in your audit trail. You are not moving between products, so there is nothing to migrate and nothing to lose access to: a service that grows past 25 staff sees exactly what it saw the day before, at the Standard price, and a service that shrinks keeps everything at the Small price.
The consultant works from the records inside your Verivius account, so an active subscription is the working assumption. If you need the engagement against a fresh account set up only for the Mock Inspection, raise it on the discovery call and we will sort it.
Subscriptions are monthly recurring via Stripe, billed in GBP. Mock Inspection engagements are billed on the engagement letter: 50% deposit on signature, balance on delivery of the final report. Invoices are issued by Verivius Ltd.
